Delete your RARE Academy account
Read this carefully before you continue. You can also delete your account in the RARE Academy app: Profile → Delete my account.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
These will be erased permanently, the moment you confirm:
- Your quiz and mock-test results, and every answer you gave
- Your progress in every course: units, videos and tools
- Your study time, streaks and achievements
- Your RARE Academy certificates. Once your account is deleted, we will not be able to verify or reissue any certificate we issued to you — not for an employer, a college or anyone else, now or in the future. Download and keep your certificates before you continue.
- Your live-class attendance and LivePoll answers
- Your notes, bookmarks, discussion posts, support messages and AI Tutor chats
- Your name, email and mobile number on your profile, and your login
What we must keep by law: invoices and payment records (GST law, 8 years). They will show "Deleted user", not your name.
Your courses end now. You will lose access to every course you have bought. No course fee is refunded (see our refund policy).
